Steps or calories is enough for a valid day, skip anything you don't have. Logging weight or body fat instead? Use the free body composition tool.
Wearable Converter leaves the last 3 days out of every Fitbit and Google Health conversion, because those days may not have finished syncing to Google's servers when you exported. Your app still has the real numbers though. Read them off the screen, type them in below, and download a CSV ready to drag into Garmin Connect. Works for any blank day, not just the last 3. No account, no sign-up, runs entirely in your browser.

The whole process takes under two minutes. Here's exactly what to do, starting with where the numbers come from.
Open the Fitbit or Google Health app on your phone and tap into each day you're filling. The app keeps your recent days locally even when they haven't synced to Google's servers yet, which is exactly why they were missing from your export. Copy across the steps, calories burned, distance, floors, and active minutes for each day.
Enter the date and the numbers for each day, then hit Download Garmin CSV. One filled day is enough, leave the others blank and they're skipped. The file saves instantly. Nothing is sent to a server. It all runs locally in your browser.
Go to connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data in your browser and log in. This is Garmin's official import page. You must use the web browser version; the Garmin Connect mobile app doesn't support CSV imports.
Drag your downloaded file onto the upload area. Garmin shows an "Import Fitbit Data" screen with a few dropdowns. Set Date Format to the day-first option (shown as 31-12-2026 style), and Length Units to match the KM or Miles toggle you used in the tool. Click Continue.
After the import, go to Health Stats → Steps in Garmin Connect. The filled days should appear on their correct dates within a few minutes, along with calories, distance and floors on their respective pages.
Wearable Converter migrates your entire Fitbit or Google Health history, weight, steps, calories, distance, floors, into Garmin Connect. One export, one upload, done. $19 one-time.
