By purchasing and using Wearable Converter ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

The service

Wearable Converter is a browser-based tool that converts fitness data exported from Fitbit or Google Health (via Google Takeout) into a format compatible with Garmin Connect. The tool runs entirely in your browser, your data is processed locally and never transmitted to our servers.

Licence

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Wearable Converter tool. This licence includes up to 5 conversions and is for your personal use only, one licence per person, for your own Fitbit or Google Health data. It may not be shared, sold, or transferred to another person.

Each conversion attempt counts toward your limit. If you reach your limit and require additional conversions for legitimate personal use, contact us at [email protected].

Your licence key is unique to you. You may use it on multiple devices for your own conversions, but sharing your key with others is a violation of these terms and may result in your key being revoked without refund.

Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, we generally do not offer refunds once a licence key has been delivered. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service and we are unable to resolve it, we will issue a full refund at our discretion.

What we guarantee

• The converter will process Fitbit and Google Health Google Takeout exports and produce Garmin Connect compatible CSV files
• All data types supported by Garmin Connect's import system will be included where present in your export
• Your fitness data will never leave your device during conversion

What we don't guarantee

• Perfect accuracy of converted data, minor discrepancies may occur due to timezone differences or Fitbit/Google Health export inconsistencies
• Compatibility with future changes to Garmin Connect's import format, we will endeavour to update the tool if Garmin changes their format
• Transfer of data types not supported by Garmin Connect (e.g. sleep history, heart rate history)
• Resolution of errors caused by Garmin Connect's importer, which is known to have intermittent bugs

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Process data belonging to other people without their consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the Service
• Share your licence key publicly or commercially
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Wearable Converter is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Fitbit, Google, or Garmin in any way. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, inaccurate conversions, or any other damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
